On the January the 27th we hosted a yoga&brunch event with the amazing teacher Sara Dal Corso. In the morning we had a two-hour class focusing on twist, the perfect way to detox and purify our body. In a perfect balance of fluid movement and clear alignment the class flew through this practice helping the body to: release locked-in tension, detox, improve digestive function, maintain normal spinal rotation, stimulate circulation, reduce back pain and release stress. Through a specific sequence of asanas and pranayama, this class was truly profound and helped the cleansing and strengthening of the whole body, soul and mind.

Sara is an Italian contemporary dancer and yoga
teacher, who has lived in Lisbon for three years. She graduated and
post-graduated (PhD) in Theater and Dance Studies at University of Bologna. She
began her body training in Classical Dance and after she deepened her studies
on Contemporary Dance traveling around Italy and Europe. She has been working
on Contemporary Dance and Theater in multiple projects with other artists since
2006.
Sara has practiced Yoga for personal training since 2004, having classes,
workshop and immersion with several Yoga teachers. In 2010 she started teaching
yoga (Anusara yoga inspired) for dancer colleagues and friends. In 2016 she
completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training at Manu Yoga School,
founded by the international Yoga Teacher Manel Rodrigues.
